"The staff were very attentive and greeted you with a smile and hello. Rooms were clean as was the whole hotel in general. Pool area was kept clean. Only niggle was the Shuttle service after 4pm. With the hotel located approx 3km from the Patong beach, no footpaths from the hotel and the sheer amount of traffic volume the 2 hourly shuttle could be with being made hourly after 4.
