"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Very nice room overlooking picturesque ponds, the hotel is very close to the beach. The pool bar staff were excellent (helpful, prompt and very friendly) , the restaurant staff, whilst very friendly, struggled if there were more than 4 people to serve, and seems inept at getting food out in the right order or within a reasonable time. The arranged trip to James Bond island booked in reception was the highlight of the trip, and whilst the same provider is offered all down the strip, it's cheaper!...

After arriving from Bangkok, we arranged a hotel shuttle which was very comfortable and made the transfer easy—we were even able to rest on the way. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We were welcomed with fresh pineapple juice and cold towels, and were pleasantly upgraded to an ocean-view room, which made our stay even more special. "Clean room, and prompt assistance when required. Massive resort! The lazy river was our favourite with the big slides and jumping areas. The pool was great with swim up bar and can order food to your sun lounge. Buffet breakfast was amazing and all staff were eager to help. Restaurants were a bit pricey but you get that with the resortWould definitely recommend to come back."
