Not as good as used to be.
I’ve been to this Villa hotel many times. This time I was many times disappointed. The Internet didn’t work in the room. There were ants all over the villa and next day same problems again even promised to be taken care of. Room service was forgetting orders and in the Rock bar waiters didn’t speak or understand English in normal restaurant terminology while placing orders for dinner. Later they were asking the same questions over and over again like robots.. not a good feeling to enjoy your time. On the last day leaving the place Reception booked hotel car to the wrong place even as I gave them an address , place name. That made me stay long in traffic on changing hotels. Not professional anymore.

Had a bad experience regarding lost & found. Even though it was our fault that we left our belongings in the shower booth, we couldn't get proper feedback about our inquiry of the lost items. Response was slow and negative. Not a good memory for a high-end stay.

Definitely recommend
Amazing everything- only negative is if you prefer to be by the beach there aren’t many options for seating so it turns into a race for seats. But everything else was amazing. Definitely recommend getting villa it was well worth it as the personal butler is great and service is five star all around!

Very good service + beautiful resort
It is a very nice resort with so many facilities to use and some of them are very pretty. The service is great, by stay in villa you will receive many benefits other people won’t get, ie buggies 24hours (other guests need to wait for shuttle bus), best seat at the rock bar. Room is bit old, may need a small update.

Huge hotel, stunning villas
We stayed in Villa 1024 a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was stunning. No other word for it. Came with 2 butlers. A day butler and a night butler, they gave us a mobile phone with their contact programmed in and they made dinner reservations, took us to dinner, picked us up etc. The villa was beautiful and spacious. The rooms were a bit dark so I asked for a lamp. I hate dark rooms. Can't even see the coffee machine to make a coffee after 6pm. The place is huge, impressive gardens and stunning rock bar, beach on cliff, infinity pools etc. The drawbacks are as follows: This hotel is huge but the beach area only has about 50 beach chairs. That means you can't sit anywhere. The beach is very small. Then there is the beach pool that is an infinity pool. Again there's only about 9 or 10 big beach chairs you can sit on. There is NO room to sit anywhere if you don't get a chair. The service in the main pool and beach restaurant are so slow. I had to walk around and get someone to get the order. We had a VIP booking at Rock Bar, still took about 30 minutes to get to our table. The checkin in that was a private checkin took at least 30 minutes. I don't think the service was that good at this hotel. Apart from our wonderful butlers Putra and Wee, the service was average. After check out and our bill was finalised, I noticed an extra charge on my credit card after I had returned to Australia for nearly $400. I emailed them to complain etc and they removed the charge

Gorgeous views!
The resort itself was stunning and the service was amazing. We had an issue with our first villa, and they were very quick in moving us and letting us pick between two open villas to make our new place for the rest of our stay. The resort has a bit of everything to do so your day is filled with exploring so you don't have to leave the resort. It's a little far from things so if you're wanting to explore Bali, you wont be able to see much of everyday living. It totally depends what kind of trip you're looking for!

Excellent! Ayana is the best i have ever been
Ayana is the best ever hotel/resort I have ever been. The friendly the staff is, the facilities they provided is exceptional! This is the best trip in my life! i highly recommend to everyone who want to go to Bali to have a romantic holiday! My Butler is Gus, he is so cool and very nice! He accommodated all my request! My PA Eka is also very nice, lots of email from her before my trip to communicate. The villa we have stayed is brilliant!

We had a lovely time. Great for young children. Only point of frustration was the service levels in the restaurants - food was great but staff seemed overwhelmed with this busy period.

impeccable service but ordinary villas
I stayed in the ocean view cliff villa which was beautiful but not extraordinary. The staff at resort were amazing and really make you feel special and address everything you might bring up. The food was delicious and quite varied, they baked up some gluten free bread for me when I told them about my varying food allergies. Everyone was very accommodating but you're definitely paying this high price for the great staff and resort services and not really the villa (it felt rather small as the bathroom was at least twice the size of the living areas - which is fine bc the resort has so much to offer so you're barely in the villa anyways -- I'd recommend here if you have the $$ to blow but otherwise you can find somewhere that offers similar service for much less $$ and a bit more living space

Good for visit, but not for staying.
Stayed in the newly renovated ocean front villa. I would recommend visiting for bar/restaurant/pool etc, but not to stay there. Good points: Big villa. Facilities in the hotel are great, including restaurants, bars, pools etc. Bad points: * Only half the villa is air-conditioned. Only the lounge room and bedroom are air-conditioned so the bathroom, wardrobe etc are very humid and hot all the time. They try and compensate by turning the temperature down to the minimum, but that makes the bedroom and lounge far too cold. * The room flooded twice so badly that we had to unplug the phone and lights from the power point on the floor. I didn't notice and slipped while holding our child. They said that it happens because it was raining and it was to be expected. How can this happen in a country where there is a wet season all the time? It was only rain, not even a storm. * Butlers are always busy so you must call well ahead of time.

アヤナヴィラに泊まりましたが、デザイン面など古臭さを感じました。ヴィラのほうは仕方ないですが、大きいアリやムカデが出ました。バリ滞在中他のホテルにも泊まりましたがどこより殺虫剤?の臭いがキツかったです。プールは泳ぐ気にはなりませんでした。 施設全体としてはとても満足だったので、新しいリンバの方に泊まれば良かったかなと思いました。行ったのが2月だったからか中国人だらけでしたが。 ロックカフェは席が予約でき、良い席でした。行って良かったです。サミサミカフェも夜は各テーブルでリクエストの歌を日本語でも歌ってくれ、景色も良く良かったです。 サービスも皆さん丁寧でした。総合的にはアヤナで楽しめました。マッサージも上手です。

最高のおもてなしでした。スタッフ全員が高い意識をもって働いていると感じられるクオリティでした。バトラーはすぐに私の顔と私の家族の顔を覚えてくれました。私がSPAを終えロビーに戻って来た時、「ご主人と息子さんはRIMBAに行ってますよ。RIMBAへ行きますか?部屋に戻りますか?」と行先を聞かれ、この巨大なリゾートで、昨晩到着したばかりの客の顔と家族構成をもう覚えているのかと、とても驚きました。 どのレストランでもスタッフが親切でした。RIMBAにあるユニークという店でランチをしていたら息子が寝てしまい、椅子に寝かせていたら、「巨大なソファ席があるからそちらで息子さんを寝かせながら、食事もできますよ」と案内してくれました。息子にかけるタオルケットも貸してくれました。 結婚10周年で訪れており、レストランで記念のディナーをしたいとロビーのスタッフに伝えたところ、レストランのメニューを取り寄せてくれ、キッズメニューまで確認してくれました。 ロビーのスタッフがバトラーに知らせたのか、部屋に戻ったらバトラーより「結婚10周年おめでとう」の手紙と、バラの花びらによる「Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary」の文字がありました。本当に感動しました。 施設も、AYANAリゾート全ての施設が素晴らしかったです。 不満を言うとしたら一点、ヴィラに滞在だったのですが、羽虫がどうしても入ってきてしまうことと、虫の糞でしょうか?これも仕方ないのかもしれませんが、ソファや床(きっとベッドにも・・)に虫の糞のようなものが落ちており気になりました。

アヤナ、リンバの巨大施設を効率よく利用しようと思うなら、絶対ヴィラがオススメです。 全ての施設に優先的に予約出来ますし、広い施設内をカートで移動できるメリットはかなり大きいです。 マッサージやゴルフのサービスも付属してました。 朝から水着なしで入れるお部屋のプールは、やはり最高です(笑)。

誰にでもお薦めできるリゾート
アヤナヴィラに滞在するのは二度目ですが、やはり外さないリゾート、楽しく滞在できました。 大型リゾートでここまで高いレベルを維持しているホテルは、他にはほぼ無いと思います。行って後悔する事はないでしょう。

ワンベットオーシャンビュー
当日、4時頃ビラに到着です。素敵な笑顔でお出迎え、噴火の影響からか部屋もバージョンアップの部屋にしてもらいました。バトラーさん達も明るく素敵でした。

快適でした。
お部屋も広く清潔で、日本語のサポートなどもあり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 お部屋に付いていたプールも清潔でしたが、隣にあったソファスペースはアリが多く私は虫が苦手なので使えませんでした。 バギーを呼べばいつでもどこでも来て下さいますし、従業員の方々の対応も良かったです。 お値段は高いですが、それに見合ったものだったと思います。 またバリ島に行く際は利用したいです!
