"The room was to small , the tv had a big line in the middle of the screen. No conditioners on the bath , no iron , they let me wait to the parking lot for almost 8 hrs till he the room , they can find a room for me cuz “ was busy “ and they look empty the rooms . "

"Upon my check-in, I entered the room to a dirty sink with backed up food in it, roaches in the bottom of the cabinets under the sink and bathroom outlet wasn’t working. I let staff know about the room and was told someone would come up to clean it and fix outlet and no one ever came. When I notified them that no one ever came to the room and more roaches were seen they moved me to another room. I paid for a bigger room with a better view to be moved to a smaller room with ok View .I was told that they will returned the resort fees due to the inconvenience. I checked out on 2/19/26 I haven’t received it yet. "

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Curb side loading and unloading is convenient though sometimes very crowded. A nice moderately priced DTLA hotel. Just be aware the rooms are clean but very small. "
