"The room could have used a deep cleaning. The mirror in the bedroom above the desk was filthy. The bathroom conditioner, the seal on it was broken. No body wash in the shower. Hair in the tub. Sheets on one bed had a black stain on them. Generally a JW Marriott has bathrobes and slippers. I didn’t say anything because I don’t ever use them. We were barely in our room. Didn’t use the $20 a day resort food credit. The property is shared with the Ritz Carlton. Advertisements in the room (spa and restaurant fliers are all for the Ritz. Found that a bit odd. Parking was very easy in and out with awesome customer service. "
