"Couldnโt ask for a better location! OZO is located in the heart of George Town and it is so close to many restaurants and cafes. 7-11 is just a stoneโs throw away; as well as a self service laundromat. The room is kept clean everyday and the staffs are so kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth it- the menu changes all the time so no boring food there. The only thing lacking were the in-room amenities. For a hotel that is rated at least 4 stars, I would have expected it to at least have conditioner and shaver in the toilet. However, everything else makes up for it. Will I stay at OZO again? Absolutely."

"A beautiful, new hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Rahul at breakfast and the rest of his team were especially nice. Offering takeaway items without us having to ask which was a nice touch. Location was really good but we loved Penang as a whole anyway. Message wasn't the best but can't fault anything else with the hotel. Nice poolside too, would definitely return."

"Everything was good with the hotel it just not much to do quite, we had to cross the bridge to the other side of penang which it around 20 minutes and 20 min to go back with no traffic"

"Booked for family of 5, 2 rooms, lovely and spacious. But surprisingly there was not an extra bed just a sofa and extra sheets not extra quilt! But room clean and comfortable. Breakfast, there was a good variety. Pool available and pleasant. Location a little disappointing as beach good for views but really noone used it and there was no amenities to speak of there. I would say for me restaurants for dinner of lesser standard than other 4* hotels we have attended, comparatively cost to restaurants particularly in Georretown extortionate for quality offered. Regardless staff very nice and helpful."
