"First impressions: a very good 4-star hotel! We had a great stay at Hompton by the Beach, Penang, and the theme song was such a lovely touchโit actually stayed in our heads even after we checked out! ๐๐ถ Thereโs definitely some room for improvement, such as providing portable luggage storage and adding a little more dรฉcor and ambience to give the hotel a stronger holiday feel. The staff could also improve on customer service and friendliness to better match 4-star hotel standards. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future! โค๏ธ"
