"My only concern was with one of the security guards at the hotel entrance. During my 4-day stay, the same guard in a blue short-sleeved uniform never opened my Grab car door. However, I noticed he consistently opened the doors for white guests. I hope all guests are treated with the same courtesy and respect."

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around.
Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"Nice stay and clean room. Staff were excellent. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the city lights at night. Most friendliest and knowledgeable staff at the towel counter. He’s superb. "Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. ...

Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice .
The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin .
Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper."
