Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team. I enjoyed my three nights stay at the Ramada Manila Central in Chinatown. I’ll definitely stay there again.

It’s our third time to stay here in Ramada, Binondo. Very accessible when you want to go around Chinatown or Divisoria. Just outside the hotel were the popular street foods that’s trending online. Stafff were attentive and you feel safe staying here that’s ang other inns or hotels in this area. We would definitely stay again next time! Angelo, Edward and Charles were great along with the guards! Thank you!

Great location - in the heart of Binondo and close to Intramuros. Helpful and friendly staff - they are always willing to help for example, in answering questions about places of interests, booking a cab, and even haggling for a trike.

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Manila, thanks to the exceptional service! Albert was incredibly helpful with my luggage and shared great local tips, making my trip so much easier. Shessa and Rommel at the front desk were warm, efficient, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and amazing staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Sir Charles at reception provided first class service, where his front office staff excelled. He is a true asset to the site. Furthermore staff throughout the hotel we every friendly and were highly knowledgeable of the immediate area.

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel to stay in when in Chinatown. The only thing I did not like is the stacks of trash on the side of the road. We wanted to do the food crawl but can’t do it because I keep smelling the trash. Also there are a lot of beggars on the street.
