We very much liked the hotel but some communal areas were showing signs of age - toilets by the pool for example. We were left stranded on Tuesday when the hotel advised all guests to leave. The concierge and us tried constantly to get through to Expedia but the calls kept being cut off by Expedia. In the end we found 2 flights out of Manila for Tuesday online. We wait for instruction on getting a refund for these which we had to take instead of our Expedia-booked ones for Saturday, and for the 4 nights we didn’t have at the hotel. Sorry to put this here but Expedia phone number still dropping and chat box still too busy to respond.
