"The staff is incredible, friendly and helpful but not in a way that seems forced. I had the chance to stay in one of the standard rooms and an upgraded renovated room while there and both were very clean. I will be back in the future. "

However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew."

"For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging furniture. BUT this location and BGC are the best Manila hotels you're going to find for the price. As much as I can love the Philippines, I love Red Planet Hotels."
