"Everything was good except nobody told me of the smoking area. I needed to walk outside for 3 mins for me to be able to smoke."

And when I got my room I have to call for several things like the water heater, the AC wasn’t working, the hotel phone doesn’t work properly you need to use whatsapp to reach them and the room divider doesn’t close completely it was broken. This is my first time to book here and it was not what I am expecting. "

"The junior suite had lots of room and the AC worked fine. Staff was very friendly and happy to help you. The property was clean but some area's the ceilings need to be repaired because of water leaks. The swimming pool area is nice with a beautiful view of the bay."
