If you get there before checkin at 3, hang out at the restaurant or wander the nearby shopping malls and alleys. Room was comfortable and clean. "

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."
