Regular maintenance on Aircon is required, my parents stay, the Aircon was not cold, even they have adjusted the temperature to 18, overall, the beds are closely, and comfortable. The stuff service is excellent. 👍

Super helpful, friendly and efficient staff - from check-in, housekeeping and checkout. Awesome infinity pool on the rooftop. Small gym but usable. This hotel is excellently located - walking distance to great food in all directions.

The hotel is relatively new so it’s clean and the suite room was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The view from the room and restaurant is also very lovely.

Property was good, reasonably clean. Shower head in my room was broken which made for an interesting experience. Location is fantastic, very centreal and safe. Staff were a bit hit and miss. Inital encounter with staff was not very friendly, rudely instructed tha5 reception is on level 20, signage at entry not very clear. Often staff would push infront of you to enter the lift first, perhaps some etiquette in customer servicewould be beneficial.

Excellent property, well maintained, well run, friendly employees. Absolutely loved the contemporary decor. My only suggestion would be to allow more guest discretion in choice of room temperature. 33 degrees doesn’t suit everybody all the time.

A new modern hotel conveniently located within walking distance to Armenian street and other attractions. Spacious rooms with great city views, every corner of the room was so clean and well presented. The sky pool has sick views. it’s really good value for money and couldn’t really fault anything here.

It was a new experience...the hotel lobby is at the top of the building & the rooms below.. The carpark was good...we don't have to trouble ourselves to look for parking space in the town...it was also so conveniently easy to park... While this is a relatively new property, the cleaning is not good. Rubbish was left in room by previous guests. We were 9 days and the carpet had same mess/dirt on it every day. The daily used products were not replenished in the coffee tea bar. The swimming pool ran out of towels early afternoon each day we went. Desk staff and some restaurant staff were great. Others in the restaurant never smiled or returned greetings, not very welcoming.

The room is nice and comfortable. But the hotel surrounding, feeling a little unsafe during at night. Aside, when checking-in to hotel, was asked to pay an additional of RM36, so called tax without receipt, which I have not encountered before, with online hotels booking. Was this a new normal now? Overall, it’s still a nice stay & recommended…

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed
Don’t be fooled by the high rates. Just terrible, filthy, unhygienic. Gosh staying here was a nightmare. Place is so dirty. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, and the fingerprints on every mirror and stains on the shower booth made me cringe. I wonder if they launder the linens. There were mysterious stains on the towels. The staff couldn’t handle requests properly. She just argued with other employee over the phone when I was standing right there, and didn’t even bother to explain why she couldn’t process my requests. She kept on walking away form the front desk while raising her voice on the phone. Just don’t stay here. 이곳은 최악의 호텔입니다. 그냥 다른곳으로 가세요.

The location of the hotel is near to the local eateries and attractions. The place is quiet during at night and not too busy at day, hence giving you the peace of mind. Buffet breakfast is at level 21 which give you a great view of the sea and surrounding Georgetown. There could be some confusion in using the automated parking and the guard would be around to assist. One comment is for the management to consider go install a ramp at the lobby to facilitate wheelchair, stroller or heavy trolley luggage.

I really had a pleasant stay at OZO hotel. The locations, the facilities, the breakfast, all are fantastic. The only unpleasant thing for this beautiful hotel is they charge RM5 per pair of slippers

The building and room itself were quite nice which made the stay comfortable. However, we found multiple small cockroaches in the room on our second night that got into our bags which felt very unhygienic. The cleanliness could also be better, specifically in the bathrooms.

Check in after a late arriving flight was very poor. I happened to walk with another hotel gues and staff assumed that we were together. This was not the case, they proceeded to chat and do other things whilst I wanted for around 15 minutes. They then realised when saw me standing there that I was not with the other guest and proceeded to check in. The rest of the stay was okay. The shower drain cover came loose and it was beyond disgusting with black dirt and grime. It did not drain the water properly as it was probably a bit blocked and not cleaned in ages. The room itself was spacious, and very comfortable, and aside from the poor check in and dirty shower the rest of the stay was acceptable.

Travelled with family and small children
The room is comfortable however the shower water very hot and no cold water at all, unable to bath. Toilet bowl water flush no water, thanks technician came to assist, however shower water still do not have cold water after they came to fix. Hopefully they will looks into it for this issue. Location of the hotel is convenient.

Great city views from the room and rooftop pool. Breakfast offers great selections. Bathroom towels are very worn.

My experience with this hotel is good. The breakfast choice is limited and the shower holder is spoil. Eating and shopping area is within walking distance.
