Ovwrall it was a great stay! I love the view of the sea. Very calming. The room is big enough. Everything is complete. Just that, there's no towel available upon our arrival, no breakfast provided and no toothbrush set provided which pretty inconvenient for me.
Loved the pool. The apartment was big enough. No problems at check-in. Our car was not ready during our stay there (not their fault), but it was not a very convenient location without a car. Not much within walking distance except a couple of restos, had to take the bus. Ahd the apartment was not well furnished (no plates, no ustencils, just a couple of glasses and cups).

-parking a bit hassle everytime want to drive out must go down to frontdesk to wave/validate touch&go card then only can drive out if peak hour takes more than 20min to wait for the lift to come down coz is 37floor apartment only 2 lift to cater whole
Nice big rooms and very clean,staff were courteous and friendly throughout my stay. Was a little disappointed with checkin and the amount of rules and regulation you had to follow whilst staying there.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The receptionist is not friendly during check-in and not information is given. I have to ask everything then only he will tell me. All he does is to ask me to give a deposit and hand over me the room card.
After check-in, I found out the fire alarm sensor is keeping beeping then I have to go down with all my luggage to lobby because the phone in the room it wasn't working. After that, they send someone to take it away from the fire alarm sensor. Later on, I found out the TV is not working so that I call them, they told me if I want to watch TV they need to send maintenance guy to key in some code then only I can use TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, Why they did not fix it before I checked in.
After the stay, I found the room is not worth the price I paid for. OVER price with poor room amenities and condition, with nothing around. Not recommended this place at all.
Location and the staff. Very helpful.
There should be a deep clean at least every month as changeover will not allow the cleaners to do a thorough clean of every corner.
The apartment floors appeared clean but when you walk on the tiles ones feet turned black especially when walking on the balcony and the outside utility area. It had not obviously cleaned between stays. The sides of kitchen cupboards where spillages has occurred had not been noticed and wiped up.
The edges of the showers could have more attention paid to it as cumulative dirt over time will lower the appeal to clients.
Cleaners should not handle Soiled wet linen with bare hands and just place them on the floor outside apartments. They should go straight into linen bins for dirty linen - our group had diarrhoea and vomiting and much of the linen was soiled yet it was handled with bare hands and placed in a pile on the floor. Those same hands will handle other apartments, door handles, lift buttons with a potential to spread the sickness.
