I was looking forward to stay in this hotel and I booked two suites for 3 persons. We arrived very early in the morning but were told that we are not able to check in until 4pm as the suite rooms are meant for their VIP members and 4pm check out is a privilege. However one lady at the reception told me that she can expedite a room for us to check in before lunch and she will give us a whatsapp call or message. We went out for early lunch and went to a shopping mall loitering around waiting for the whatsapp. But my whatsapp never ring nor received any message. We waited till almost 3pm and decided to make our way back to the hotel. When we reached, we were told the rooms are not ready. I asked a couple of times why then I was told one room will be ready, that question was being avoided - not just once but the multiple times I asked. Then after 30 minutes of checking and verifying and checking, we finally got 1 room key and had to wait for the other room. For the other room, I booked on expedia 2 nights but booked separately due to a last minute addition. The hotel got confused and I had to repeat to 3 different people about this situation - that I had 3 expedia bookings, 1 room for 3 nights, 1 room for 2 nights though separate bookings. When I went up to the room, I realised there was no extra bed so I called and then went down to ask for it. The manager then came out and explained the rooms are all for two to share and an extra bed is additional cost but they will give it to
