"Hotel itself is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge and beds are comfy. In room onsen is barely large enough for 2, but still a nice feature. Public spa area was great when we were there. Had the place to ourselves at 7am. Might be less pleasant when busier. Only downside really was that we were only there for one night and it was heaving with rain. As a result, didnโ€™t really do any of the things we planned. One note, and this is mentioned on the website, there is construction happening right across the river from the rooms. It wonโ€™t last forever but might be worth checking in the near term if thatโ€™s something that might be of concern."

The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of variety. We absolutely loved our stay here!"
