I appreciate the breakfast delivery service, allowing for a meal at my preferred time, and the inclusion of wine or juice (the wine was particularly delightful). "We chose Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort based on reviews and it exceeded expectations! Stunning Mount Fuji views and the top-floor onsen with mountain scenery was incredible. Everything was spotless, restaurant had excellent breakfast and dinner at great prices, and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to explore. Convenient bus service to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!"
"A really lovely hotel with a great view of Mt Fuji. We had a good size room with a balcony, I loved just sitting on the balcony with a coffee. We added the evening taster dinner which was excellent. The breakfast was just as good. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus station, but used the free shuttle bus on the day we left to get us back to the bus station. Overall an excellent stay and would recomment it."

"Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs. Very comfy and practical!"
