"Great location, we had Mount Fuji view rooms and we lucky enough to see Mount Fuji in all its glory! Rooms were clean and tidy. Not many reasturants in walking distance but a few nice ones. Breakfast seemed expensive so we grabbed some from the lawsins nearby. "

"The hotel is clean, the rooms are Japanese themed and when is bed time, they put a Japanese bed which is not so comfortable bug what it pays everything is the view to Fuji mountain. Lake Kawaguchi is i front so you can run or walk 4Km to the other side and vie Fuji mirroring in the lake. A breathtaking view. The Japanese bath are very recomended, price-quality ratio is good but the hotel is a little bit old."

Takkyubin assistance was smooth, and both drivers and restaurant staff were consistently delightful."

"Our ryocan room was perfect! Combined with the beautiful Kaiseki meal we were served, and the on site onsen. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were very accomodating and the room was very cozy and clean. I'd stay here again any day."

"Great Japanese style room. I liked sleeping on futons on the floor Hot bath with views of Mt Fuji was epic. We had 2 fully clear days Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and wonderful staff Rented e-bikes nearby and lots of good food close by also"
