"Stayed here for one night to visit Mount Fuji. Accommodation was clean, with all facilities needed. Futons gave a real Japanese experience. Close to train station about 10 minute walk. We had a good view of Mount Fuji from window. The area itself is very quiet with limited places to eat/ drink but our main reason was to visit Mount Fuji. "

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay many more. Clean and well set up. The unit we stayed in didn't have a view, but the mountain still felt like it was *right there* when you stepped outside. Would definitely stay again."

"大浴場があるのがありがたかった！ 山中湖目の前で立地は最高でした。部屋も広めなのと、ホテルには珍しい家庭用（？）電気で明るくできるのも良かった。 クローゼットも大きく良かったのですが、上に置いた洋服がたぶん埃で汚れてしまったのでそれだけがちょっと残念でした。 でもそれ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 山中湖に遊びに行く時はまた使用させていただきたいです！"
