"A well located hotel, with really helpful teams of people working there. My room was very dark, the lighting wasn't very bright so I struggled to work, put on make up etc"

"Booked this as a last minute option to get out of a terirble slum i booked near the gay district ("pleasant apartment"). Did the job, wasnt expensive for a booking made ten minutes before staying and very close to everything i needed including train station and bullring"

"Hotel itself was absolutely lovely and in a fabulous location. Only marked it down because two of the lifts were out of service being renovated which meant it was a little chaotic and long waits for lifts. "

"The elevator was out of service for multiple days during our stay. We had to walk up six flights of stairs several times after already walking several miles around the city. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."
