"Horrible experiencia, dicen que la hora de entrada es a las 14:00, pues la señora no se presentó hasta las 15:00, después de decirnos a la 13:30 que en 15 minutos estaba en el piso. También estuvimos hablando con otros inquilinos y nos dijeron que el día anterior lo tenían reservados y no pudieron entrar en el piso. La comunicación con estas dos chicas es pésima, y aún después de darnos las llaves, fastidiarnos los planes la señora se puso borde y nos echaba la culpa a nosotros. No...

"Tutto ottimo torneremo"

"The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. "

"A superb apartment in a very central location for down town Funchal. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Balcony view from our room 20 wasn’t great, but it was very private and it did benefit from the early morning sunshine which was lovely. We would definitely use these apartments again for our next visit to Maderia."

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "It was not clean. The floor was sticky, the drain in the shower is backed up - every shower over 3 minutes caused a flood. A/C not functioning. They have not washed the exterior windows for so long, the windows are cover in thick dust blocking the majority of sunshine into the room. Communication was smooth and they are in general helpful. Hope other areas catch up."

"Very nice people and lodging, but Silver Room shower overflowed onto floor and outdoor noise was loud at bedtime (10-12p)."

"The apartment is great. However, one of the bathrooms was out of order which made it very inconvenient for a family of six. Also, master bedroom ac does not cool. "

"We had the most amazing stay! Simon was excellent with communication and availability. The property was a dream- beautiful, quiet, a true gem. We drive 5 minutes for groceries and delicious pizza. Nothing beat relaxing by the pool after a day walking around Florence. And bonus, we got our laundry done too! "

"Room is spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are high quality. Centrally located. What we did not like was the level of daily room cleaning which was close to none. They need to train or replace their cleaning staff. Swimming pool was not yet cleaned as it was early season but would have been nice if it was cleaned and ready to be used. "
