"Double check your booking before you arrive. They lost our booking. It took some convincing for the front desk person to look into what could’ve happened. There are a few other hiccups, but overall it was a great location and well kept property."

"We booked a room for 6 nights and arrived extremely early in the morning. We asked for an early check in and was told that there weren’t any rooms available. After a few minutes of checking the computers we were offered an upgraded room and early check in for a minimal charge. We accepted and were in our room a few minutes later. The employee was extremely helpful. The room was clean and everything were in order. The complimentary mini bar was a nice perk. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower from our room. An overall amazing hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location and hotel in Dam Square. Loved most of the hotel! Only negative was the extreme fishy smell when walking into the lobby on one of the days - assume it came from the kitchen/restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Bed comfortable!"
Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square

"This was the 6th time we have stayed at this location. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in London, the size of the rooms are very spacious. Be aware that this hotel only has showers, so if a bathtub is a "must have" this might not be the property for you. There are multiple places in the room to plug things in. The hotel provides a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee that many of the other hotels provide and there is a small refrigerator. The location of this hotel is excellent for things like the National Gallery, theatres, Covent Garden and talking along the Thames. There are many bus routes that pass through Trafalgar Square, just a few steps away, and Charing Cross station and Embankment Tube are very close. One note is that rooms on the front side of the hotel may be impacted by some street noise. If you are a light sleep, you may want to ask about this. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby and a pizzeria (that was open very late) is attached. There is also a nice lounge, behind the elevators, than many guests don't know they have access to. Coffee and tea for free all day!"

"Fantastic location in central Westminster for seeing London's sites. It is a half-block walk to Trafalgar Sq. Charing Cross Station is just 3 minutes walk, and you'll find nice pubs nearby. The front desk staff (especially Nalin) was very helpful and arranged luggage storage and earlier than expected check-in since our four person group arrived before noon. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant but it is overly expensive. Walk several doors down the street and you will find similar for half the cost. The ground floor pub/bar was relaxing with a pleasant staff. Like most hotels in Europe room amenities are limited and the rooms are less spacious. Get used to it. Our group had access to a very nice and spacious guest lounge on the ground floor that offered coffee and tea, plus a nice place for our group to gather and relax. One downside...the two lifts are small, so on mulitiple occasions, the lift arrived at our floor already stuffed with people which required waitihg for the next trip... or the next after that. "
