Perfect hotel - great amenities, new, clean, modern, eco-friendly. Location is good on the new town, within good walkable distance to all the shopping and attractions. Their coffee bar is another wonder, you can smell it the moment you walk in. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Edinburgh.

Everyone at the reception is so friendly and helpful which is a plus point. Free coffee and wine provided at the lobby area. Take note, there is no restaurant in this hotel which is not an issue because many eateries walking distance.Plus point there is washing and dryer machine in the room.
