"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night. We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for. All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."

"Rosewood delivers where it matters most: service. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and responsiveness were exceptional from beginning to end. I was granted an incredibly early check-in and was already in my room before 11 AM, despite standard check-in being at 3 PM. After a long journey, that alone set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, although the bathroom felt surprisingly compact for a hotel in this category. Small details like having the hairdryer...

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

"The Chesterfield is a boutique Hotel in a very old building. Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion. Unfortunately, I had that with my room, but, I have to say, staff was incredibly responsive and quick in making sure I was accommodated and accommodations that were well appreciated. They could not have done enough for me. I have stayed at this hotel more than once in both winter and summer...
