"This was my second stay for a business trip. All the staff were very kind and polite. The rooms were simple yet had a distinctly British feel and were very clean, making them very comfortable. However, because the building is old, you can often hear footsteps from the upstairs and the floor creaking. Also, I personally found the fixed showerhead, rather than a handheld one, inconvenient. Aside from that, it's a wonderful hotel."
