"Great hotel, amazing atmosphere, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Staff was excellent. The view of the Tower Bridge from room is priceless "

"Can honestly say we really enjoyed our stay. We had an executive room river view and it was fab. Lovely big room comfy bed, tea/coffee, balcony where we sat with a cuppa overlooking the water. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was superb with a fantastic choice. Bar prices as expected in London nothing over the top. All in all we loved it and would recommend. "

"I booked this room for my parents and they said they had the best time. The service was brilliant and Barsha on the front desk really went above and beyond. The view is awesome. And the sauna and relaxation room was apparently great. And the premium room came with a lovely bathtub as well as a big shower. "

"Most of the rooms dont have smart tvs, so was very kindly upgraded. Great service. Prompt house keeping. The manager was lovely. Ordered room service, was a very good roast. Thank you for a great stay. I hope the hotel upgrades the tvs soon. Im booking again in a month lol "
