"What a weird a** place this is.
This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"There is no way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. First of all the staff on the reception pitched me that we will upgrade you to a king room which we were like we are visiting this hotel for the first time and I was a bit surprised that he is offering a free upgrade to a kind bedr"

"We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in.
We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system!
People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area.
Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos.
It took approximately 30-45 minutes to...
