"I was honestly really disappointed with this hotel experience. The communication from the staff was extremely confusing and it seemed like nobody really knew the answers to basic questions. Every time we asked something, we got different information depending on who we spoke to. The shuttle service was also very poorly managed. They only had limited shuttle times, and the bus driver would leave exactly on schedule without giving even a few extra minutes for guests who were clearly on the way....

"Great breakfast in the morning- staff very friendly - need to remove the plastic from Covid time - Location is great - but the exit is awful- you most make a u turn to get in - need to make an accessible road behind the hotel"

"This hotel is excellent in all aspects, super clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good, pool specially lazy river is great. Only complaint I have is the shower. I don’t understand the half only glass protector. We had to put alot of towels on the floor since the shower water was always splashing out of the shower. But other than that everything was excellent. "

"Room was filthy - junk stuck to the walls and the floors were disgusting. Sticky in bathroom and carpet filthy. I have stayed at newer Home2Suites and expected the same cleanliness. Not sure I will choose this hotel again. "

"Lots of things to do. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. Staff is really friendly. They do try to sell you a timeshare. It did take about 2 hrs so if your on a time crunch skip it."
