"Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. Room smelled like old musty hotel. Bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. Barely warm water in shower. Not a safe neighborhood. Stay somewhere else...anywhere!"

"Very bad experience, we stayed with our kids at this hotel and there was smell of marijuana for 2 days and night time too. We called the front desk to advice them and they said “they would send security” and we have yet to receive our deposit back."

"Our family had a wonderful time at RumFish. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean and there was so much to do on the property that we were never bored. It was easy to get a beach chair every day and we all had a great vacation. "

Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they couldn’t find caesar dressing. When I learned this and told them ranch was okay, they finally brought me a bowl of brown, shredded (taco) lettuce with no chicken. Generally disappointing and failed to meet several basic standards."
