"I love the multiple onsite amenities. Our suite was spacious. The pull out sofa mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. But overall our stay was enjoyable."

"Magic Moment was a life saver. My trip to Orlando felt like everything was messing up daily. Once I arrived at Magic Moment; the front desk staff welcomed my kids and I with such a loving smile and pleasant voice. The staff is always available and rooms are cleaned daily. Food is fun to make with kids as well as the many activities they have at the hotel. I would definitely recommend to families"

"Very good breakfast which was included in our rate. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, pastries , fruit, yogurt, cereal, sausage. The pool was very clean. Our room was very clean and comfortable"

"Older hotel. The plumbing fixtures in the shower area were not caulked and moved around when you tried to turn them on. The water was scalding hot so be careful with kids"

"Staff were available for any questions or support around the clock. We didnt need them much, but the very few we did we were very happy with the results. Property is very clean and staff are there all day cleaning things and maintaining the property all day. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Only downside here was the towels. You can only trade in towels Monday-Wednesday from 8-11am and you dont get much of them. Would definitely stay here again though if im ever in the area. Perfect for kids and...
