"Checking in and out was effortless. Our front desk assistant was Jonathan from Philly. What a terrific guy! He assigned us to 6528, which was perfect since my husband has bad knees and I just had a hip replacement. Explained hours of operation of pool and all food courts. Highly recommend Cabana Bay for your next vacation."

"Very good hotel every thing is new, breakfast is just normal nothing fancy but for the price was good. Just know if you want to check in early you need to pay , how much? Depend on how early you go. You can still use de amenities in the hotel but if you want your room before 4 pm you need to pay extra. Overall the experience was good"

"Cleanliness and the pool bar wait staff was terrific. We did get taken by the conceiare with the time share presentation, did not buy anything but the money we got back was not what we were told."
