"We stayed here for a few nights before a cruise. About a 15 min Uber from the port, which was nice. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for! At the price point, our stay was good. The whole building definitely could use a lot of maintenance and a DEEP clean. That said, the staff, pools, beach, etc were all nice. At the price point and compared to surrounding properties, I feel like this hotel attracts young "spring break" type crowds and the building maintenance/cleanliness does reflect...

"Honestly, the resort itself is not clean. The hallways going to our room was so dirty, we took three flights of stairs rather than the elevator because it was so filthy and the floor was falling apart. We wanted to sit and enjoy the nice lounge area by the springs pool bar but there was garbage piled up, the ground had spilled food and drinks everywhere.. it was gross. Trying to reserve your chairs at the water park is a joke. They need to add more to accommodate more. Also not very many...

"staff couldnt have been nicer! Room was lovely and clean! the only things i did not like about the Swan was: you have t0 pay $40 per day for parking and 2. the magic Kingdom bus does not go to Magic Kingdom directly. Otherwise we we3re very happy with our stay! Loved your coffee shop!!"
