"Everyone was nice and did a wonderful job from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Their attitudes were pleasant. The hotel has access to the people mover that takes you around downtown but you have to use a room key to get through to the lobby. It is safe and clean. This is our second stay there and my go to!"

"Quiet, clean, most staff were very good Second floor breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes, with plenty of tables available, while 3 servers went by making eye contact but saying nothing. We ended up going to a restaurant down the street "

"Enjoyed this hotel! Pleasant rooms and various spaces as well as great restaurants in the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Service was excellent. From the time I walked in, everyone was kind and willing to help. There was a small issue with my room but Alecia in housekeeping fixed it right away and more than made up for any inconvenience I had as result. She was amazing and made my day with her outstanding service! Great to see someone who is such a kind person and takes real pride...

"Me and my husband came to Michigan to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. We booked the room on the road when we got there we were allowed to check in (such a blessing). Everything was nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The property around the parking lot was sort of messy, but this no reflection on the Hilton itself, that’s due to nasty, trifling guest. We would definitely book here again."
