"First of all, I was supposed to have two queen beds in one room and then the room they sent me to. I got in there and the bed was all messed up wasn’t even made up so they were putting us in a room where it wasn’t even cleaned yet so I complained about that and they put us in another room and we had to pay $60 for parking for two nights also the bed is like the frame is like 2 inches from the floor. It’s like if you got bad knees or health issues you won’t be able to get in and out that bed...

"We like staying here when coming to Detroit because it’s in Greektown and a short walk to all this Sporting events. I think it is a bit overpriced, but there is free Valley parking. The rooms were definitely clean but standard and I prefer carpet over bare flooring. We could hear people in the hallway and a party either above or below us. The staff were great! Since I don’t gamble, I can’t speak about the casino other than it was smoky and I had to leave."

"Very nice and cozy hotel. The bar up top was phenomenal and the menu was different. The weather was so cold when we went to visit but staff was so helpful and kept everything warm and clean while we were there. The valets were so kind and quick to grab our vehicle when we left for the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The location was also a plus."

"Great views from the riverfront side. Suite was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was surprisingly small for a King suite. Additionally, trash receptacles were mysteriously absent in the entire suite. The staff rectified the problem when brought to their attention.
