There was nothing good to note about this property. Everything was dirty and uncomfortable. The noise from things running was unbearable.

A total rip-off. Hair everywhere in my room. Shabby overall decor. Only one elevator works. One entry door locks you outside, and doesn’t respond to the key card they give you. Terrible sound insulation! I could hear my neighbors like they were in the room with me! Had to call the front desk about a loud party that was happening next door and the guests at the party acted all gansta like they wanted to throw down. Not the hotels fault, but the locks on the doors are not real secure, and there isn’t a visible security presence in the hotel that I could see. Not a good nights sleep for me at all because I heard somebody’s TV all night after they party stopped. I feel violated for paying what I did for this room.

I really think for what they charge for a room the hotel needs majior updating. The floor was filthy in the room I spilled a drink and wiped it up it was discusting

I've stayed at this property previously and it is well managed and is a definite bargain compared with other options for staying in Detroit. The restaurant is no longer open which was disappointing. They also charged extra for secured parking which I wasn't expecting but I wouldn't park in their non-secured area so I was ok with this. Regardless, I would go back because it is clean and well taken care of.

The first review im leaving in my life and for the sake of letting anyone who is looking for a decent, restful nights stay to look elsewhere. I know this isnt a 5 star hotel but good God this was the WORST place I've ever stayed in. Only bright light was one of the staff members, everyone else makes you feel like theyre doing you a favor just by helping you check in. The worst part is the noise-- the walls are paper thin to the point where you could hear the elevator ding. The room next door had the worst guests possible, who stayed up playing music till 5 AM. Tried calling the front desk and no answer. Floors are also pretty dirty, cant walk without shoes off. Avoid especially if you're traveling for work and looking for a place to rest at night.
