"I had a terrible experience at the double tree hilton-dearborn hotel. I arrived early on May 28th, 2026 around 12:00 p.m., I did an early check in and got charged a $25 fee which was fine. I got a room and went to see it. As I was walking, the property was dirty, the pool was filthy with so much film, and bacteria in it. As soon as I entered the room, it had towels on the floor, the bed not made , wasn't cleaned or touched after the person who was staying there before me. Mind you I was...

"The room was dusty with chipped paint. They had almost no towels. The hot tub had a layer of dirt floating on top. And the pool had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes walking in and the pool was cloudy. The breakfast was the only decent thing about this place."
