We stayed one night after the George Strait concert. There also were home baseball games that weekend as well. As a result the hotel was very busy. We were able to check into our room right away but the couple we were with was not able to check in until after the concert at 11pm. They were told from 4-5pm that their studio room was not ready. It was being cleaned, “we are just very busy”. The couple ended up putting their luggage in our room and we then proceeded to the concert. Back to our room, the bed was very clean but the room had crumbs on floor and hair in bathroom. At around 1:30 am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate our room going down the stairwell from the 8th floor. When we got down to the lobby, staff still at main desk acting like business as usual, people at bar and eating. No hotel staff directing or reassuring guests if it was indeed real or a false alarm. It ended up being a false alarm. At checkout, all the couple received for their inconvenience of the room check in was their valet parking being comped. The best thing of our stay was the valet parking staff! They were very efficient, polite and friendly.

Fire alarms went off 3 times in the middle of the night. There was hair from a prior guest all over the bathtub. The front desk was indifferent about these things. I expect better from a hotel that charges $500 a night.

We were waiting along with several other people to check in to our rooms @ 4:00 pm but was informed that the room was not ready after spending over $500 for the night. We came down to go to a concert which the delay in entering our room made us miss a lot the our concert! This place is the noisiness hotel we have ever been, With music blaring until 2:30am. Woke up tired & will NEVER return!
