"Our room was clean. We had a light in the bathroom that blinked on and off the entire time it was on. The shower floor was very dirty or stained. Our fridge did not work. The bus to the airport was on time and convenient."

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition.
The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there.
The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"

"Staff was very nice. Normally I am pleased with my rooms but something felt off about this room. I can’t pinpoint it. Carpet should be removed as it harbors allergens and is not cleaned just vacuumed. I stayed at the same hotel in Florida and it has hardwood floors giving the rooms a cleaner feel.
Overall I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express…"

"Room in need of updating. Door wouldn’t open all the way due to an issue with the floor. Cracks in ceiling. Bed was squeaky and lumpy. Small tv with just a few channels. Just overall run-down appearance. Restaurant service was good but the burger was terrible. Just a plain, gray, frozen patty with no seasoning. Disappointing overall experience."
