It’s decorated like a gen z Pinterest board. They are aiming for art deco maximalism, which would have been fine, but the finishes felt cheap and the standard size, $200 night rooms are the size of a thimble. Again, all of that would have been fine for the location, but the customer service was terrible, particularly the valet. You’ll have to block traffic or circle the block because there isn’t enough room to drop off more than 3 cars at a time and there is only one poor man running the service. Valet is the only option for parking available through the hotel, your other option is picking random public parking which, unless you know the city, isn’t convenient. It took 45 minutes to get my car upon check out. I was nearly late for the appointment I was in town for because I didn’t factor an extra 45 minutes into my 20 minute commute. Absolutely ridiculous.
