Hotel murah di Ferndale

"The staff was generally very helpful and nice. The main factor that prompted us to leave early was the strong tobacco and marijuana smoke in the hotel. It was obvious there was active smoking inside. I even saw someone vaping in the elevator. Our room's air wasn't as bad after I opened the window, but the smell on the bed sheets, coverings, and pillows was still quite noticeable."

"****BEWARE**** I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. They didn’t even offer me another room after I told them that I had no hot water and said they can come check for...

"The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options....

"The first room we got had a rough odor. The second room we got, the beds smelled like sweat and body odor. I think handicap rooms should be deodorized frequently."

"Hotel was fine, but if they're to advertise a a free Continental breakfast at least do some minimum things like have tongs for the bagels. Have a toaster that works! ($40 at target would go along way). And maybe some decent plates and lids for the coffee cup."

"The Staff at Hotel were Friendly & Helpful especially the Blonde Female Maid & Laundry Attendant. Breakfast was Great but could have benefited from some Fresh Fruit. Rooms were clean. I liked the option to do your own linen exchange at the the Laundry room. Overall a Great stay & I am still here. Patricia"
