The property was fine but when we used the valet service our car had been gone through papers were everywhere around the car a roll of paper towels had been unraveled and laying in the seat.
Your 24 grille was the worst . Way too expensive for food prepped by small children it appeared . Nachos and wings were horrible. We were the 1st people in the restaurant and waited for appetizers for over an hour . No credit to our bill was offered. Will not eat there again or recommend to anyone.

The lobby floor and carpet are dirty. The bedroom is clean.

I am very disappointed with my stay. When we arrived there was only one person working the front desk and there was a line out the door. Within an hour of us staying there, the fire alarm was going off and nothing was being communicated. The front desk continue to check people and the customers just stood staring at each other in confusion. The employees refused to acknowledge the alarm. The only person that I could ask what was going on was a valet who said they didn't know what that alarm was and he didn't know what to do. He continued working, not even attempting to see if he needed to communicate to evacuate. The fire department came but nobody was outside. Nobody was evacuated properly. Everyone was standing around just staring at each other or moving to their rooms. The elevator was being used while the alarm was going off. once the fire department left, the employees never once mentioned the issue. My family and a select few went outside and stood for at least one hour in the cold.. there was no communication to come back in and no care from employees. When we came back and went up to our room.. the alarm went off again. It was so loud and obnoxious that it freaked my son out and said "oh no it's going off again. We have to leave." Once we got back to the lobby after the second alarm was going off, the front desk still checked people in and nobody was doing anything to get people to safety.
