"Excellent staff. Great amenities. Amazing room. The spa was closed during our visit and no one told us this which was very disappointing to say they least. That’s the only reason I am Giving them 4 stars not 5. "

"De studio was fantastisch. Hier weten ze wat gastvrijheid betekent. Heerlijke massage gehad. Lekker gezwommen en uitgeblazen in de sauna. Het ontbijt is goed. De locatie is geweldig. De mensen in Florence zijn gastvrij, aardig en doen hun best om je te verstaan en te helpen. Wat een verademing is dat in tegenstelling tot de arrogantie van de Milanezen en de hooghartige inwoners van Rome. "
