"Clean and spacious room for a family suite. The location was great, only minutes to Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. Close to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....

"The spa/pool area you have to reserve, doesnt work well when you have to reserve literally EVERYTHING else. The reason I booked this hotel was the be able to use these amenities and I never even has the chance. I won't be returning"
