A great place to stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There are a bit of road works going on around the building, but I did not find it disruptive at all because its location is so close to the CBD. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

There's no bar fridge in the room's if there was i would've been happier and there was road construction outside the building at the time of my visit.

This place is a great value for the money. Its well situated and has everything you need. Some of the extras were not available. The complimentary drink machine never had any drinks and the heated towel rack never heated. I didn’t expect either of those things but since they were advertised, it would have been nice if they worked. Also, the key on our phones was very temperamental and sometimes it would take 5 minutes to get into the room.

No facilities in room - had to go out and around hallways to get coffee/tea. Shower door opens out so can’t use bath mat unless you put it in entry area to room (not great when travelling with non-partner). Air con switched itself off after less than a minute regardless of switching it on using either heating or cooling. Great location but a lot of significant road work happening from early in morning til well after 5pm. Great view from level 6 deck
