"The best thing is the location! Immediately followed by the prompt, professional and knowledgeable staff. I did everything from lose my key to request my friends rooms be close by and they catered to everything patiently and quickly. They called upstairs before letting guests up so I felt very safe. They also upgraded my room as a courtesy upon realizing that it was my birthday weekend. The food was ok. Tasted good but no real ambience in any of the restaurants. I’d without a doubt...

"The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the hospitality crew. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. She had the best smile and just very pleasant to be around. There was another young lady who is African American had pretty braids and was just as amazing. She worked the overnight shift. We will be back in August and plan to stay there again. Thank you ladies and staff for making our trip memorable."
