"My family (wife and two sons) and I enjoyed our stay in our VIP, 1 King bedroom suite on the 33rd floor. Great location, adjacent to the Grand Station and close to the Chrysler Building. Pros: Nice clean room, lots of space, 1& 1/2 restrooms, two mini refrigerators, nice views from our suite. "It is centrally located and the gym is huge for a NYC hotel. On the flip, check in is long and you can’t use the Bonvoy App. They are also completing renovations so it’s dark. I can say that aside from check-in, everyone is quick to respond! "
