"Location, location, location! This property is showing its age but room is spacious, property is well managed, clean and a friendly staff. The elevator can be slow and often crowded but that is only issue we had. The area is well situated at crossroads of Tribecca, SoHo and Chinatown. Extremely walkable - with shops and restaurants at your doorstep. And almost all subway lines are within a few blocks of this hotel. For the price, this hotel can't be beat in NYC!"

"Con la mia famiglia, abbiamo passato una settimana di luglio, in una camera famigliare con due letti matrimoniali. Appena entrati in camera ci è sembrata piccola, ma una volta sistemato vestiti etc è stata molto comoda e vivibile. L hotel è in posizione fantastica. Oltre ai luoghi raggiungibili a pied (15 minut a piedi il memoriale 9/11, distretto finanziario,...) usciti dall hotel (proprio fuori dall uscita!!) c'è l ingresso alla metro (linee A B C che sono linee ottime per turisti che vogliono...

"Camera piccola ma letto comodo armadio troppo piccolo non ci stava niente dentro e non sapevamo dove mettere le valigie . Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita al ristorante annesso Serafina. "
