Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Chelsea

"Great location, good vibe all around. Staff we encountered were very friendly. However they seemed short staffed and the food was not something we enjoyed. Room service food was not good, the prosciutto covered flatbread I ordered to go from the restaurant looked like a half pound of meat just thick and gross laid on top. Charcuterie was not good either. Wish I saved the money in trying to dine."

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is 17 stories ( or more) but it has a small hotel feel. The gym, Turkish bath and pool are lovely. The rooms are large and spotless. The beds are comfortable!"
