"Fallsview room with whirpool was available for a little extra cost. Definitely worth the view. Although parking at the hotel was expensive, you can find cheaper options less than a 2 mins walk away. Hotel is also connected to fallsview casino and has great selection of restaurants nearby but are on the higher end in regards to prices."

"Good location to everything. Front desk staff were great. Room is small but clean and you don’t spend much time in it so was fine. Good cafe right next door."

"They’re under construction and renovations, had to be transferred from our room we paid for to another room which wasn’t as comfortable as what we had. They transferred us due to water maintenance. I love this hotel and have been a returning costumer for years, it is a very family oriented hotel. I just hope for future travellers the hotel will be done with their Reno’s and won’t have the problem we had. Also the keg is not in their hotel anymore it’s down the road. They have a new steak house...

"The staff is very rude we asked for plates and they said they do not have plates in the hotel after charging 200 a night. They send plastic fork spoons and glasses."

"Depending on where your room is located in the building, try to connect to the wifi while you’re in the lobby. When I got up to my room it took forever and a lifetime to connect to the wifi because the cell connection was weak thanks to the brick building."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
