Friendly staff but rooms were dirty, leftover hair on dresser table. Drinking glasses stained. Dirty and leaking toilet. Noisy. People smoking next door or on the same floor.

When I reached the hotel, I went straight to the reception. The receptionist was quick to respond. I noticed two things when I was in the hotel area. 1) the reception and all the inside of hotel area had a bad odor. 2) another thing I noticed was there was fly’s in the reception area. Once I checked in to the room, it was spacious. I was happy. Then I noticed the room hasn’t been swept and full of dust. When time to take a shower, with just 3 minutes it’s started to flood. My toes was inside the water. And I did notice cobwebs in some parts of the room. If this things didn’t happen, it will be a perfect hotel.
