I see renovations are taking place, please fix the missing elevator issue, my rooms ware at 7th floor had to wait 5/8 minutes to get the elevator. It’s my 4th time here I know the hotel can do better. Better communication between PBX and housekeeping department 1hr to get toothbrush it’s bit unfortunately, minor maintenance issues around the hallways, things that just need retouches.
On good notes. Great F&B team, special shoutout to the cooks, runners, chef stations, and servers. I did not see any floor manager around though, maybe a natural smile from the hostess, Great complements for Abigail from concierge services. Knows Cancun very well. Very welcoming and always available for any question or concerns.
Note: keep your eye on the beach it can be little messy with trash from locals over the weekend. I found my self picking trash while I took my morning calls at 8am
I’m a hotelier too in NY, I can go on and on. However I love the hotel, I look forward to see you guys again in few months. Overall my favorite place to stay! Cheers
