This hotel is a safe option for your first trip to Cabo. My husband and I visited and it was overall okay. The food could’ve been better, but the amenities and parties made up for that. The staff was great everywhere we went at the property.

All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Those some busier traffic areas need a little bit more attention. The place is very large there is a lot of walking to and from main places. This place is family, friendly, as well as a lively nightlife.

The rooms were spotless. Even after getting up and going out for breakfast, we'd come back and the room would already be cleaned and looking perfect. The staff was great—very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The outdoor pools were amazing, the water slides were a lot of fun, and the swim-up bar was fantastic. The only thing I wish they offered was a larger selection of beer, as there were only two options available. Other than that, my wife and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already thinking about coming back next year and bringing our grandkids with us. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great. Lunch options included a buffet and an American restaurant, both convenient and enjoyable. The specialty restaurants were excellent, and one of the best parts was that no reservations were needed. The kids’ pool and kids’ club were fantastic. They were open most of the time and always had activities planned for the children, including games, events, and parties. We had a wonderful time traveling with both a young son and a teenager. Very clean and well maintained. Food and drinks average to above average. Room was nice and very clean. Staff was fantastic. The only drawback was out of the 10 swimming pools, none were for adults only. We generally go to adult only resorts but we booked late and could not find one. This is definitely a family resort. This also a very large resort. A lot of walking to get where you want to go. Very nice overall.

The resort is amazing and clean. It was a lot of fun especially if you have small children, the only one negative was they did not offer milk for my one year old and three year old in the room and there was no where to purchase it on the resort. I had very nice staff the first three days give me a carton for my room because my kids drink it in the morning and right before bedtime in their bottles and the last 4 days of our stay the staff I asked were extremely rude and told me to go buy it, I tried but they don’t sell it in their stores. So that was the only bad experience I’ve had in my 3 stays here.

We’ve been to lots of AI and this was the most disappointing. Unlike other resorts that have staff who frequently walk around and get you drinks so you don’t have to leave pool, this one does not. This is definitely a party hotel. There are lots of ready to party. The food was ehh at best. Most of the time I can find something to eat and know what to expect from an AI as far as food goes. For it being a family resort that caters to young children, there is much food selection for them. One thing that this hotel does offer is a view. Let me tell you this is probably one of if not the best view of Cabo and arch. Would likely not stay here again but still had a great time.

There were many groups of college/high school kids staying on the property, and we experienced quite a bit of noise when they passed by our room. My husband is a light sleeper, and the noise woke him up several times during the night. We were also somewhat disappointed with the food. It was acceptable, but nothing special. There was no room service and no snack options available. At other all-inclusive resorts, my children have enjoyed extras such as crepes and a wider variety of snacks, so our expectations were a bit higher. That said, the view was absolutely gorgeous and was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The hotel room was clean and the rooms were convenient with kids. We had two bedrooms connected with a hallway. Balcony was nice as well. The staff were friendly for the most part. The shows we went to were great! Michael Jackson tribute was really good. The party scene was a bit too much for a family visiting. There is a lot of family attractions but parties went late into the night with loud thumping music and yelling people. The pools were fantastic. It was a weird mix of family and college. Our kids were older (12/17) so it was fine. The vendors on the beach were very annoying. The waves were really strong and we couldn’t go in the ocean. Food is just okay. It’s not great but not terrible. There were some gluten free items for my celiac daughter and myself but the ran out the last day. We’d go back.
