"Can’t say enough about the staff and the property conditions. Super clean. Only issue was the transportation company they use. Absolutely horrible. Lomas Travel. Waited over an hour to get a ride to the hotel upon arrival in Cancun and our flight was delayed by a couple of hours when leaving and they wouldn’t accommodate a later shuttle for the 6 of us. "

"Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Seems like luck of the draw for rooms but if they are fully booked you may not be able to move rooms right away. Everything else was great. Food could use a little more love but still edible"

"The hotel room and air conditioning was smelling of mould and dust. The bathroom was severely old worn dirty, and outdated. Never beach towels or beach chairs available to use. The food was great, and bartenders and servers were amazing. Beware of the strong sales pitch offer to sell you membership...."

"Everything was amazing all week long…staff went above and beyond-food was great, amenities were clean and as expected. Our beach server -Christian was the best- had our drinks refilled on the spot with smiles and even recommended the best shots! Loved our stay and will definitely return. "
